Get at least 10 of your friends and family together and professional artist Raquel Torrent will host an event that will create memories of a lifetime. Pick a photo from the Art and Wine Miami photo gallery or show Raquel a painting you like and she will help your guests create their masterpiece. Art and Wine Miami most popular parties are birthday parties, bachelorette parties, kids parties, or just a night out with friends. For a private party the time can be flexible, just let us know what works best for you and the group.
1) Basic Party Package at one of our participating restaurants
- 2 or 3 hours
- 12 person minimum
- All art materials provided by Art & Wine: canvas for each guest, acrylic paint, brushes, easels, aprons
- Art & Wine will set up and clean up
- One glass of wine included
- Prices starting at $40 (Prices vary depending on restaurant and menu selection)
2) Basic Party Package at a home
- 2 hours
- 12 person minimum
- All art materials provided by Art & Wine:
- Canvas for each guest, acrylic paint, brushes, easels, aprons
- Host must provide tables and chairs for the event
- Art & Wine will set up and clean up
- One glass of wine included
- Prices starting at $35
3) Basic Party Package at the studio
- 2 hours
- 12 person minimum
- All art materials provided by Art & Wine:
- Canvas for each guest, acrylic paint, brushes, easels, aprons
- Art & Wine will set up and clean up
- One glass of wine included
- Prices starting at $30
4) Art & Juice Party Package for Children
- 2 hours
- 10 children minimum (40 children maximum)
All art materials provided by Art & Wine:- Canvas for each child, non-toxic paint, brushes, easels, aprons
- Host must provide tables and chairs for the event
- Art & Wine will set up and clean up
- One box of juice included
- Prices starting at $30 at your residence (starting at $25 at our studio)
Upgrades Options
- Cake with Art & Wine decoration: $2.50 extra per guest
- Fruit and Cheese platter for house parties:
- Small 10-14 people $30, Medium 16-20 people $35, Large 26-30 people $40
- Art & Wine children party favors: $4.00 extra per child
- Bachelorette party dancer: $200 extra per 2 hour event
- Live model as painting subject matter: $150 extra per 2 hour event
- Guest are welcome to bring food of their choice at studio location
Additional Considerations
- $100 deposit if required upon booking (Deposit is refunded at the end of the party)
- 50% of total payment is required a week before the event date and the remaining 50% the day of the event
- 10 day cancellation policy prior to the event in order to receive a full refund
- Art & Wine is not responsible for any damages that may occur during the event
- Private parties have a 30 minute grace period before the painting start time
- A private party exceeding the end time is subject to a service charge of $70 per hour
- Non-painting guest for private parties may attend for a fee of $15
