What to expect the night of the event?

The night of the event the Art and Wine Miami staff will be prepared to greet and get you signed in at 6:45. Once you arrive you will be greeted by our welcome crew. Please give them your registration ticket which you can print when you preregister online. At this time you will receive  paint brushes, and a ticket for one complementary glass of wine. The canvases will be set up and you can place your brushes by the canvas where you would like to paint. From 7 until 7:45 there will be a meet and greet among the guests. It’s a great time to meet the other participants and sip some wine and socialize. At 7:45 your teacher and professional artist Raquel Torrent will present the painting for the night and give you instructions on how to start creating your “masterpiece”. For the next two hours it will be a party while you paint, and Raquel will be available to assist you to get the most out of this creative fun filled evening. At the end of the event everyone leaves with their own original work of art.

What if I don’t preregister?

If you do not get a chance to preregister, you can pay by cash or credit card the night of the event. The welcome staff will present your with your brushes and ticket for your complimentary glass of wine.

Is food available?

If your creative juices can be enhanced by food, the restaurant will have a menu available to purchase food items.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing. We provide cover up aprons to all guest, but since accidents may happen, wear clothing that you don’t mind getting a little paint on.

What is the Cancelation Policy?

If for some reason you cannot attend an event which you have preregistered for, to receive a full refund the cancellation must be 72 hours prior to the event. For cancellations 24 hours prior to the event you will receive a ticket for another event which can be redeemed for up to one year. Unfortunately no refunds can be given for guests who do not show up the night of the event.
